Setting Priorities

My regular job is very demanding and has caused me to become distracted for weeks at a time. Studies have been done on workplace distractions, and results show that once you are interrupted it takes at least fifteen minutes to get back on task.  With an internet business you face even more interruptions with connection issues and outages even daydreaming.  I had to start using some strategies to get things done in a timely manner.
